Cancer Concern Scotland
Cancer Concern Scotland was a small registered charity based in Kilmarnock, Scotland.
We were established to promote public awareness of cancer in humans,
the cause, effect and prevention of cancer. We
provided monies to facilitate education and research into cancer
and cancer treatment. Unfortunately, the charity had to cease at the end of 2003.

Acheivements
Cancer can change peoples lives in many ways. At times like these
money should not be a worry, but often is.
Cancer Concern Scotland supported application for financial assistance for a wide range
of needs.
Respite
Cancer Concern Scotland recognised that
all families need to spend quality time together. However, when
someone
in the family has cancer, this is even more important - but
often
much more difficult.
Emotional stress, worry and fear become part of everyday life.
The holiday programme offered the family a chance to spend quality
time together in peaceful and relaxed surroundings.
It offered families a free holiday at our Caravan in Ayrshire. The
caravan in Craig Tara, Ayrshire overlooking the Ayrshire coastline.
